Customer Safety Requirements

Following advice from the Canine and Feline Sector Group, we have put in place the following measures to ensure the Government’s COVID-19 guidelines are followed. These will ensure that hygiene protocols are adhered to and spread of the virus is reduced. Please ensure you read the following guidelines before your appointment:

  1. If you or someone else in your household has symptoms of COVID-19 or has been confirmed to have the virus in the last 14 days, please do not come to your appointment; if you need to re- schedule please contact me on 07930153650 or by email wilmasdoggrooming@gmail.com
  2. If you have come into contact with someone who has been confirmed to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please do not attend your appointment; if you need to reschedule your appointment please contact me
  3. Please arrive on time for your appointment and on time for your collection; arriving before or after your appointment time could cause interaction with my next appointment
  4. Upon arrival/collection the salon door is closed so please ring/knock and wait for me to come to the door. Place your dog’s lead on the hook outside and step back as I will collect/return your dog, thus maintaining a 2 meter distance
  5. I am not taking cash at this time, all payments need to be done via BACS before your appointment or by card reader on the day
  6. There will be hand gel available for you to use, and please take home your collar and lead as I shall be using a clean slip lead for your appointment

Please note that your pet will be the only dog in the salon providing a one to one service. All tools and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned before your dog’s arrival and again on your dogs departure .
